Where we are

We're a distributed team headquartered in Odesa, Ukraine, with a 3–4 hour daily overlap with US East Coast and full overlap with UK hours. Calls land in your morning; everything else runs async, in writing, in a shared channel — decisions documented, not lost in meetings.
