B2B Website Redesign
A redesign is a re-positioning, not a repaint. Strategy and messaging get fixed before pixels — then design, build, and an SEO/AEO foundation carry the new story live without losing the rankings you already own.
When does a redesign pay off — and when doesn't it?
A redesign pays off when the website no longer matches what you sell: positioning has shifted, the story buyers hear on sales calls isn't the story on the site, conversion has flatlined despite traffic, or the design breaks every time marketing ships something new. If it's one page underperforming — you don't need a redesign.
Sales tells a sharper story than the homepage does
Positioning or ICP changed; the site still sells the old one
Traffic grew, pipeline didn't — conversion logic, not luck, is the gap
Every new campaign page is a custom build because the system can't flex
The site embarrasses the team in deals ("just don't look at our website")
One or two templates underperform — fix those, measure, move on
The message is right but visuals lag — that's a refresh, a smaller format we also do
You're pre-positioning — nail the strategy first; a redesign can't decide it for you
Strategic Redesign: our process
Our redesign process runs strategy first: positioning and messaging get decided and written — by our in-house copywriter — before a single screen is designed. Then UX and UI, development, CMS architecture, and an SEO/AEO foundation. A redesign is a re-positioning, not a repaint; treating it as decoration is how sites get prettier and perform worse.
AI builders and templates will get you to 7.5 out of 10 fast — and that's fine for some stages. The stretch from 7.5 to 9 is positioning, message hierarchy, conversion logic, and post-launch discipline. That stretch is what you're buying here.

Design
UX, then UI, on top of the message — every screen argues the next step
Build
Fast, component-based development your marketers can extend

Structure, schema, redirects, tracking; visibility ships with the site — incl. AEO
Redesign without losing your SEO
A redesign doesn't have to cost you rankings. We start from a URL plan: what ranks today, what stays, what moves, and the 301 map for everything that changes. Metadata and schema carry over deliberately, and post-launch monitoring catches anomalies in days. It's the same discipline we use in platform migrations.
What you get
You get a re-positioned website, end to end: new structure and messaging, a design system, the development, CMS architecture your team can publish in, an SEO/AEO foundation, and training. One team carries it from strategy through launch — no handoff between a strategy shop, a design studio, and a dev vendor.
Results
Before/after numbers publish here once measured against a baseline — none are public yet, and we won't invent them. The format itself is verifiable: full Strategic Redesigns ship in 6–10 weeks from positioning to launch, with the SEO-protection discipline built in. Shipped examples live on the Work page.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a B2B website redesign take?+
A full Strategic Redesign — positioning, messaging, design, build, CMS, and the SEO/AEO foundation — runs 6–10 weeks, depending on template count and content readiness. Strategy and messaging land first, so you see the argument before the visuals. Timelines are fixed after scoping, in writing, stage by stage.
How much does a website redesign cost?+
It depends on the scope of re-positioning: how many page templates, whether messaging and copy are included (they usually should be), CMS complexity, and what needs migrating. A design-only refresh and a strategy-led rebuild are different projects with different budgets. You get a fixed quote after a scoping call.
Will a redesign hurt our SEO?+
Not if URLs are planned. Rankings break when redesigns silently change URLs, drop pages, or rewrite metadata without a map. Our process starts from what ranks: a URL plan, one-to-one 301s, carried-over metadata and schema, and post-launch monitoring. That discipline is default in every redesign — not an add-on you have to request.
Redesign vs. website refresh — which do we need?+
Refresh when the story is right but the surface is dated: visual polish, tightened pages, conversion fixes — smaller budget, faster. Redesign when positioning shifted, the site can't tell the new story, or the structure fights your marketing team. We do both, and we'll tell you honestly which one your situation calls for.
Do you handle messaging and copywriting?+
Yes — messaging is step two of the process, before design, written by our in-house copywriter. Wireframes are built around message hierarchy and jobs-to-be-done, not filled with lorem ipsum and "we'll add copy later." If your team writes in-house, we'll work from your messaging and structure around it.
Is it a redesign — or a refresh?
Bring the site to a scoping call and we'll tell you which one you actually need, what it involves, and what it costs. If you want the data first, start with the audit — it becomes the redesign's URL plan.
